Help & Saved Access
Open your saved reading, recover it on another browser or manage the information you shared.
Recover with a private key
Use the key you saved from your reading. It is private and works for up to 90 days. Do not send it to support.
Request an email access link
Email access is available when the sending service is connected. A private recovery key works without email delivery.
