1. WHO OPERATES THE SERVICE

Senter Company LLC operates Rabbi David and determines how the information described here is used for this service. Reach us through our privacy contact form.

2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

We collect your first name, email address, questionnaire choices, optional written answers, consent choices, saved reading, plan progress and book preferences. If you contact us, we store the message, reply address, topic and request reference. Written answers may reveal personal beliefs or circumstances; share only what you want processed for this experience.

3. WHY INFORMATION IS USED

We use it to prepare the experience you request, save your progress, provide access and downloads, answer support requests and protect the service. Optional reminders and recommendations are separate from the core reading. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, your consent for optional features, service security and legal obligations.

4. AI, VOICE AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Relevant answers and your first name are sent through OpenRouter to the configured text model when you request AI preparation. The narration text is sent to ai33.pro when audio is enabled. The email address is not intentionally included in the text-generation prompt; avoid writing it in your answers.

The email domain is checked through Cloudflare DNS; the domain, rather than the full address, is used for that check. When email sending is configured, the delivery provider receives the recipient address and message. Hosting and service providers may process connection information to operate and secure their systems.

5. COOKIES AND MEASUREMENT

A necessary session cookie links your browser to its reading. A temporary browser preference can remember your choice to play the welcome audio. This version does not install advertising trackers, third-party analytics or session replay. Operational events record steps and errors without copying your answers into analytics. 6. SHARING AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

We use the providers described above to supply the requested features. We do not sell a contact list or send questionnaire answers to advertising partners in this version. Information may be processed outside your country depending on the selected hosting and AI providers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and users.

7. RETENTION AND DELETION

Saved sessions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days without a saved update. Deletion removes the session, linked messages, access tokens and audio files on this application’s active storage. Active generation is allowed to finish before deletion is processed. Recovery email links expire after 15 minutes; private recovery keys expire after 90 days or when replaced.

You can delete the current saved reading from Help & Saved Access. This does not erase copies you downloaded or information independently retained by an external provider. If backups are introduced, their retention and handling of deletion requests must be documented before they are used for live customer data.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS

Use your reading’s settings to change the delivery address and optional reminders. You may export the current reading’s data and request correction or deletion. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, restrict, object to or complain about processing. Contact us to exercise them; we may need to verify that the information belongs to you.

9. SECURITY AND CHILDREN

We use session access controls, restricted request origins, limited provider requests and private storage separated from public site files. No system is risk-free. Keep recovery keys private and avoid sensitive information unnecessary for the reading. The service is intended for adults; contact us if a child’s information has been provided.

10. UPDATES AND LEGAL INFORMATION

The update date identifies this version. Material changes to processing will be explained in an updated notice, with a separate choice where required. Using the site does not constitute agreement to undisclosed tracking or marketing.
