1. DEFINITIONS

“Rabbi David”, “we” and “our” refer to the educational website operated by Senter Company LLC. “Reading” means a reflection prepared from the answers you choose to share. “Personal plan” means the fourteen-day activities accompanying a reading. “Books” are separate digital publications.

2. ABOUT THE SERVICE

The site offers an optional questionnaire, written reflections, downloadable documents and, when enabled, generated narration. The experience draws on Jewish wisdom and practical reflection. Books and individual readings are distinct products.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND AI

Readings, plans and narration use artificial intelligence. They are not a personal consultation or evidence of individual human review. Generated text can contain mistakes or interpretations you disagree with. Consider the cited sources and use your own judgment.

The service does not provide medical, legal, investment or financial advice, diagnose personal circumstances, or guarantee income, prosperity or any particular outcome.

4. USING THESE TERMS

These terms explain the conditions for using this service. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. A change to these terms does not create consent to optional marketing or additional use of your answers.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND SAVED ACCESS

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate contact information and only information you have permission to share. Do not submit bank details, passwords or private information about other people.

A browser session and a private recovery key can provide access to your saved reading. Keep the key confidential: anyone with it may access that reading. Email recovery is available only when a sending service is connected. Do not attempt to access someone else’s session.

6. READING OPTIONS, BOOKS AND PAYMENTS

The questionnaire assessment, complete personal written reading, 14-day action plan PDF, and personal audio narration are provided 100% free of charge. No payment, credit card, or subscription is required to receive your complete reading and companion materials.

Books from our sacred library are separate digital publications available for purchase through secure Stripe checkout. No recurring subscription or automatic renewal is created.

7. REFUND POLICY

Tests and Personal Readings: All questionnaire assessments, personal readings, 14-day plans, and audio narrations are provided completely free of charge ($0 USD).

Books (Refundable): Books purchased from our library are eligible for refunds. If you are not satisfied with an book purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by submitting a request through our contact page with your order email and reference. Approved book refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Technical Issues and Inquiries: If you experience duplicate charges, payment errors, or a technical problem preventing access to your purchased materials, please contact our support team so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. CONTENT AND PERMITTED USE

You may read and save the material provided to you for personal use. Website design and original material belong to Senter Company LLC or their respective rights holders. Traditional texts and linked sources remain subject to their own applicable rights. Do not redistribute paid publications or represent generated content as a personal statement by a human adviser.

9. YOUR ANSWERS AND PERMISSIONS

You retain rights in the material you provide. You allow us to process it to prepare and deliver your requested reading, plan and audio and to operate your saved space. Optional follow-up messages require a separate choice. We do not acquire a perpetual right to publish your personal answers by your use of the questionnaire.

10. AVAILABILITY AND PREPARATION

Generation depends on service capacity and third-party providers. We show preparation status and preserve saved answers when a request fails. Exact completion times and continuous availability are not guaranteed. Limits may temporarily pause new requests to protect service capacity. An uncertain audio task is reviewed before another chargeable task is created.

11. CONTACT, SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

Contact our support team for access, technical issues, privacy questions or purchase enquiries. Include a concise description and any request reference. Support availability and delivery status are shown on the contact page; we do not claim round-the-clock staffing or a guaranteed response time.

12. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITS

Use these reflections as educational material and choose actions appropriate to your circumstances. We are not responsible for results attributed to relying on a generated reflection as professional advice. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; it does not exclude liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. RESOLVING A CONCERN

Contact us first so we can understand the issue and seek a practical resolution. You retain the right to use remedies and authorities available under applicable law. These preview terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class actions, or shorten statutory claim periods.

14. ENDING ACCESS AND DELETION

You may stop using the service at any time, sign out, export your saved information, or delete the reading associated with this browser from the Help page. Deletion is available once active preparation finishes. Starting a new questionnaire alone does not delete an earlier reading. See the Privacy Policy for retention and limitations.

15. LEGAL INFORMATION
